01 / THE COMPANY
About Shakirov Developments
Shakirov Developments is the next chapter of a business story that began more than two decades ago in Tashkent, Uzbekistan.
Rooted in the experience of Shakirov Investment Group, the company builds on a diversified background across industrial businesses, hospitality, investment and real estate development.
Led by Jamshid Shakirov, Shakirov Developments draws on more than two decades of leadership experience across real estate, hospitality and industrial development. This long-term perspective has shaped a disciplined approach to every project — with a focus on quality, thoughtful execution and lasting value.
Today, that experience is shaping a new chapter in the UAE.
Dubai represents a natural step in the company’s evolution: a global market defined by ambition, innovation, design and long-term investment potential. Shakirov Developments brings together its investment background, development expertise and understanding of premium lifestyle to create residential projects with a strong sense of identity, character and purpose.
Blue Marina Residence on Dubai Islands marks the beginning of this new chapter and the first expression of Shakirov Developments’ vision in Dubai.
From Tashkent to Dubai, the philosophy remains the same: to create enduring value through considered investment, strong development principles and projects designed for the future.
